Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological activity, red blood cell formation, and the normal function of the immune system. It also supports the metabolism of proteins, glycogen synthesis, cysteine synthesis, and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.

Recommended Dosage: 1/2 tablet daily (10 mg pyridoxine). Warning: Not suitable for children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store at 5–25 °C.
