Before we get into the actual production, let's talk about Kratom as the plant from which everything comes. Each plantation has its own saphenous vein (a type of tree), which differs in its location on the plantation. The position on the plantation depends on the tree's nutrient supply, e.g. E.g. at the edge of the plantation a tree has more space and receives more nutrients than trees in the middle or trees in drier parts of the plantation or conversely trees in deeper water. The colors and effects of the different types can be seen using the saphenous vein.
The kratom tree is always harvested at 2-3 years of age to ensure good leaf production and the best quality of kratom. The older the tree, the better the quality of the Kratom leaves, which is also ensured by proper processing.
This species is planted in Mentebah, in the town of Putusibau. The product from this area is known for its high content of mitragynine, an alkaloid contained in the leaves. The plantation has plenty of water as it is located right on the banks of the Kapuas River.
Special care must be taken when processing Green Pure, especially when selecting and drying the leaves. The leaves must always be intact and green in color when drying.
Cleaning involves washing the leaves under running water to remove any impurities.
They are then dried in a special drying room, where the leaves are turned over for 2-3 hours so that they do not turn yellow. The leaves are then dried on racks in the sun for 3-4 hours, turning them over so that they dry evenly.
The next step is to remove the midrib, forming small pieces of the leaf. A cylindrical net with a 2x2 mm hole is used for this. This will separate the stems and make the color as green as possible.
It is a mixture of 2 different areas, one from the Mentebah growing area and the other from the Jongkong area. It all starts with harvesting, where the largest leaves are selected because they have the highest alkaloid content. The processing of both is identical to that of the classic green Kratom.
Like the previous species, it is a mixed species. You will find leaves from 3 different areas: Suka maju, Nanga Silat and Boyan Tanjung.
The collection point is in the Jongkong area, and the leaves are picked from wild older trees. The exception in processing is the drying process, in which this species is dried only in one room for 24 hours. Although the powder is not light green, this drying method preserves all the alkaloids in the leaves in maximum quantities.
This type is one of the best-sellers among white Kratom strains. The leaves come from the Nanga silat and Jongkong region. With this species it is important to select the trees based on their location in the plantation.
This type is a mix of white and green kratom. The white variety is grown in the Boyan Tanjung region. During production, the green leaves are dried indoors for 24 hours to preserve the mitragynine content. This improves the quality of the final product.
The main ingredient of this type is white Kratom and then the green Maeng Da type. The plantation where the leaves for white kratom are collected is in Nanga Silat.
Kratom White Pure is grown in the Nang Silat area. The species of tree used for this type of Kratom can be identified by the white veins running through the center of the leaf.
The production of white kratom is almost identical to green kratom, except for the drying process. The drying time for white kratom is 3 to 4 hours in the sun, while the drying time for green kratom is only 1 to 2 hours (or not at all), as a drying time of 4 to 5 hours indoors is preferred. This helps preserve the alkaloid content. The subsequent processing is the same as with green kratom.
The plantation is located in the Boyan Tanjung region. The production of red kratom requires a fermentation process to change the color, aroma and effects. After sorting and washing, the leaves are bundled together or placed in special barrels to start the fermentation process, which lasts 3-4 days. During this time, the leaves change color and are then spread out on drying racks where they dry for 2-3 hours. The process is the same as the previous two.
Our best-selling red variety. Red Borneo is the strongest red kratom, thanks to the cultivation site, which, as the name suggests, is located on the islands of Borneo.
The areas where the leaves are collected are called Boyan tanjung and Nanga silat. This is the finest type of red Kratom.
It is a mixture of Red Pure Kratom and Green Maeng Da Kratom in the ideal ratio.
This species contains leaves from the Saka region. The process is the same as red kratom, but fermentation here takes 6-7 days. The goal is to get a more concentrated color and a stronger flavor.
This type consists of white and red Kratom. The white kratom plantation is in Nanga Silat and the red kratom plantation is in Boyan Tanjung.
A mix of all basic types, white from Nanga Silat, red from Boyan tanjung and green from Jongkong. It is one of the most versatile types of Kratom. Green kratom is only dried indoors and for 24 hours.
This red variety comes from the Saka region. It has the same manufacturing process as Red Bentuangie, but the fermentation takes even longer.
