HERBS KOMBUCHA EREBOS
Erebos Kombucha is a fermented herbal drink made through a controlled fermentation process using a special live culture. The drink is not heat treated and is therefore still alive. A so-called second fermentation takes place in the bottle, which means that the kombucha matures and becomes stronger over time. The result is a naturally bubbly, delicious drink that pleasantly invigorates the body and mind, strengthens the gut microbiome and improves digestion.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT
A fermented, naturally sparkling drink made by infusing herbs and spices with natural caffeine (max. 20 mg/100 ml). The drink contains live cultures that have a positive effect on the intestinal microbiome and enrich it. A special symbiotic colony of Medusomyces Gisevii is used to ferment the drink. It is a living drink where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, so the kombucha becomes stronger and more inventive over time. We intentionally do not filter the kombucha gently in order to preserve the highest possible amount of live cultures in the drink. Deposits can therefore occur, but this is not harmful but is a natural property of the drink.

Immediately after delivery, we recommend storing the kombucha in the refrigerator. It is recommended to refrigerate it before consumption. The drink is completely free of added preservatives, colors or flavors. This is a limited release, only available in limited quantities.

INGREDIENTS:
Fermented herbal decoction (drinking water, yerba mate, ground anemone, lemongrass, probiotic bacteria and yeast colony Medusomyces Gisevii), organic cane sugar.

Do not shake before drinking - the drink is fizzy! Store in a cool and dark place. Use immediately after opening. The sedimentation is a sign of the natural character of the drink. Drink with natural caffeine (max. 20 mg/100 ml) - not suitable for consumption in large quantities by people sensitive to caffeine. Contains no added preservatives, colors or artificial flavors.
