Guayusa is a source of a large amount of useful substances based on scientific studies. Recommended daily dose : 1 teaspoon (2-3 g), 1-3 times daily
Preparation instructions : Put 1 teaspoon of Guayusa in a 2 dl cup, pour boiling water over it, stir and let it steep for about 5 minutes
