Yerba Mate 100% . Mate ( Ilex paraguariensis ) is grown in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Preparation : Put 1-2 teaspoons of maté in a cup (200 ml) and pour hot water at 70-80 °C . Let steep for a maximum of 3-5 minutes and then strain. The longer the brewing time, the more encouraging the infusion will be.
